In addition to free shipping, to give you a more straightforward service, the prices you pay include any duties or taxes applicable to any of the EU countries, the USA, Canada, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand and more.
Once your order has been shipped, we will settle any duties and/or taxes on your behalf so that you will receive your KOKKU Jewelery delivered to your address without any unpleasant surprises. If duty rates change, we reserve the right to charge extra or not to supply. If we have already accepted your order you have the right to cancel. Also, please note that it may not be possible for us to deliver to some countries. If an order is received with a delivery address outside the territories stated, you will be contacted by our customer service centre.
